Yes, my ex-husband. He has always supported my writing and gave me a wide berth. He believes in me more than anyone I know.
If it wasn’t for his faith in me, I wouldn’t have been able to write for a living.
Every writer has their own idea of what a successful career in writing is, what does success in writing look like to you?
I feel that I am successful already. I mean, I write full time and I earn a comfortable living from my writing. To me that is success.
Sure, some of my books are no 1 on amazon.com and amazon.co.uk, but all that doesn’t matter to me.
It is vital to get exposure and target the right readers for your writing, tell us about your marketing campaign?
As I said, I focused purely on writing and for the first time, I am marketing my books. I have not yet even had a book tour.
So I have no marketing campaign to be honest. I’m just experimenting now.
Tell us about your new book? What’s it about and why did you write it?
My new book is called Wounded Hearts and it’s a spin off to You Will Pay. It’s about a man who marries a woman who turns out to be someone other than he thoughts she is and he becomes trapped in a nightmare.
It’s also about a woman who has managed to put her husband behind bars for a heinous crime, but from prison he still torments her. Gripping stuff.
